PETIT MANSENG* 2019

1090 bottles produced – Barrel Ferment
Variety origin:  France – Pyrenees region
Gorgeous ripe tropical and stone fruit flavours with slight hint of ginger. Zippy textural finish and seamless acidity.
Pairs with many Asian dishes and all seafood. Excellent aperitif with soft cheeses.
Serve at 10-13C Alcohol 13.4%
*This variety is currently undergoing DNA testing to discover whether it is Petit Manseng or Manseng Gros Blanc following advice from the CSIRO that they may have been in error at the time of import. The two varieties are mother-daughter related and there appears to be virtually no difference other than berry size.

FIANO CLASSICO 2018

Variety origin: Italy
Honeydew melon and jasmine aromas. White peach and apricot flavours with integrated acidity.
Ideal with all seafood, poultry, pork or veal as well as many Asian flavours (delightful with sushi!)
Serve at 10-13C  Alcohol 13.5%

MILLENIUM SHIRAZ  2016

1980 bottles produced
Variety origin: France
Opulent ripe fruit including raspberry and pomegranate. Soft spicy tannins. Long, elegant finish of rich fruit with balanced acidity.

Perfect with all red meats, game & tasty, hard cheese.
Serve at 18-20C Alcohol 13.3%

OLD VINE SHIRAZ  2016

Variety origin: France
From our 65-year old vines. An aroma profile of raspberry sorbet and white pepper. Rich bold flavours of fruits of the forest and velvet-like tannins.

Perfect with all red meats, game & tasty, hard cheese.
Serve at 18-20C Alcohol 13.7%

TEMPRANILLO RESERVA 2016

Variety origin: Spain
Strawberry and cinnamon aromas with a spicy plum finish. Hint of creamy French Oak flavour and a balanced acid profile.
Delicious with tapas, cured ham, herbed meat and smoked sausage.
Serve at 18-20C Alcohol 13.5%

LADY OF SPAIN GRACIANO 2016

1990 bottles produced
Variety origin: Spain
Aromas of violets and red cherries with dark chocolate and spice flavours backed by crisp acidity.
Delectable with Moroccan tajines, middle-eastern foods and venison, duck and lamb dishes.
Serve at 16-18C Alcohol 12.7%

MONTEPULCIANO D’ABRUZZO 2017

1300 bottles produced
Variety origin: Italy

Aromas of wild blueberry and mulberry through notes of white pepper.
Smooth textural flavours of chocolate and red plum.
A late ripening variety originating in the mountainous Abruzzi region of central-east Italy.
Pair with rich, savoury dishes, all roast or grilled meats, pasta and cheeses.
Serve at 18-20C Alcohol 14%

DENIS FREZIER 2012 VINTAGE FRENCH CHAMPAGNE

Produced by the Champagne House of Denis Frezier, an eighth-generation winemaking family with vineyards near Epernay, France, this gorgeous vintage Champagne is imported exclusively for our Inner Circle members and is not available anywhere else in Australia. It has delightful pear flavours and a yeasty mousse. Sold to our members at the wholesale price.
