WHITES


MANSENG Petit Mignon 2023

Variety origin:  France – Pyrenees region
An aromatic white variety originating in the cool Pyrenees region of south-west France. Partial barrel ferment gives a buttery nose with ginger and floral notes. Complex flavours of butterscotch and spices. Crisp acidity. An exceptional food wine that pairs perfectly with pork, Asian cuisine, oysters and all seafood dishes. lExcellent aperitif. Minimal intervention and preservative.
Serve at 10-13C Alcohol 13.1%

FIANO Quintessence 2024

Variety origin: Italy
This delectable wine has a long, elegant palate that lingers. Notes of ripe pear dominate with hints of stone fruit and ginger. Rich, full texture and balanced acidity. Lightly filtered to retain maximum flavour with minimum intervention and preservative. An Italian variety believed to have been a favourite of the ancient Romans. Perfect with seafood, sushi, pork and poultry.
Serve at 10-13C  Alcohol 13.1%

REDS


GRACIANO Lady of Spain 2022

Variety origin: Spain
Spice and herb notes backed by crisp acidity. A rare variety originating in Spain’s Rioja region. Our Graciano spends 14 months in French Oak.  A lighter style that can be served slightly chilled. Perfect with duck and lamb salads.
Serve at 18-22C Alcohol 13.2%

SYRAH The Millenium 2022

Variety origin: France
Known as Shiraz in Australia but its home is the northern Rhone valley of France where its varietal name is Syrah. Dominant flavours of black plum, chocolate, white pepper and tobacco. Beautiful structure and balance and elegant tannins. Perfect with red meats, hard cheeses, duck, venison and Puy lentils.

Serve at 18-22C Alcohol 13.6%

OLD VINE SHIRAZ  2018

Variety origin: France
From our legendary almost 70-year old vines. One of the last heritage blocks on the Granite Belt.  Hints of dark chocolate, cinnamon, spices and ripe raspberries. Luscious mid-palate flavours of dark cherries and boysenberries. Complex velvet-like tannin structure.

Perfect with all red meats, game & tasty, hard cheese.
Serve at 18-22C Alcohol 14.0%

TEMPRANILLO Wild Fandango 2022

Variety origin: Spain
This lively Spanish variety spent one year in French oak and two years in the bottle before release. Notes of cherry, plum, fruits of the forest and dried fig combine with long, soft tannins to support savoury textural aromas on the finish. Delicious with spicy Spanish foods such as paella, cured ham, herbed meats and smoked sausage.
Serve at 18-22C Alcohol 13.4%

MONTEPULCIANO Force of Nature 2022

Variety origin: Italy
Bright, vibrant crimson colour with intense aromas of dark chocolate, cherries and berry fruit. Soft tannins on the palate with flavours of red plum and cherries. Montepulciano originated on the eastern slopes of the Abruzzo region in Central Italy. Delicious with almost all Italian dishes and hard cheeses. Minimal intervention and preservative.

Serve at 18-22C Alcohol 13.5%

DENIS FREZIER 2016 VINTAGE FRENCH CHAMPAGNE – SORRY SOLD OUT

Produced by the Champagne House of Denis Frezier, an eighth-generation winemaking family with vineyards near Epernay, France, this gorgeous vintage Champagne is imported exclusively for our Inner Circle members and is not available anywhere else in Australia. It has delightful pear flavours and a yeasty mousse. 

MEMBERS ONLY 

The next vintage of Champagne will be the 2018 as the Freziers did not make a 2017 as the fruit was not considered good enough. We hope to have the 2018 here by mid-year.

$14 per dozen for delivery Brisbane, Gold & Sunshine Coast.  Most other places $16-25 per carton of six. Australia Post rates elsewhere.
